Ante processes the information you provide to us or that we collect about you in accordance with applicable rules. We are aware that your information must be processed with respect for the confidentiality of the information and for your privacy.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
Processing of your personal data occurs to fulfill the User Agreement and to fulfill Ante’s legitimate interests.
If you give your consent to participate in surveys, receive marketing, or other communication, Ante processes your data pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the Data Protection Regulation (consent).
Furthermore, Ante processes the personal data that you or your employer have provided to Ante to fulfill the agreement on the use of Ante’s products, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the Data Protection Regulation.
Ante also processes the information generated by your use of our services based on legitimate interests, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the Data Protection Regulation. The information is used to deliver our services, marketing, improvement of our IT security, communication, and development of our products.
Collection of Personal Data
Information You Provide to Us
We collect personal information in the form of name, email address, organization/company, and phone number (contact information) when you register as a user.
We may use your email address and phone number to inform you about the platform and any new features that may interest you.
We only use your email etc. for marketing if we have received your explicit prior consent.
The company does not, as a rule, pass on personal data to third parties unless it occurs as part of performing a task on behalf of Ante, including sharing with other group-affiliated companies. This disclosure occurs under the authority of Article 6(1)(f) of the Data Protection Regulation (legitimate interest). In cases where it is necessary, an appropriate data processing agreement will always be concluded.
Use of Services
We log usage data when you visit or otherwise use our services, including our websites and services, e.g., when you view or click on a document or perform a search. We use logins, cookies, device information, and internet protocol addresses (“IP addresses”) to identify you and log your use.
We do not collect personal information about you from third parties. However, we do collect information via our cookies. Read more about our cookie policy, which you can find here.
Our services are dynamic, and we often launch new features that may require collection of new information. If we collect new personal data or use your personal data for other purposes, we will notify you, and to the extent relevant, we will also change this privacy policy.
Specifically About Use of Downloaded Products
No usage data is collected when using products that must be downloaded and installed on your own computer.
However, the downloaded product independently obtains software information to ensure the operation of the downloaded product, limited to information about the current version, so that you have the opportunity to download updates.
Use of Personal Data
We use your personal information to deliver, support, and develop our services, to live up to the contractual relationship we have with you/your organization.
Your personal information is not disclosed to third parties unless you have expressly consented to it yourself, or we believe it is required by law, or to protect you, your security, and your rights.
We use a number of subcontractors who assist us in providing our services. These subcontractors may gain access to your information, but only for the purpose of assisting us in providing our services. We use the following subcontractors for processing your personal data:

Compliance with the Law
We may share your personal information with public and judicial authorities if Danish and EU law requires us to do so. For example, if we believe it is necessary to comply with the EU’s Data Protection Regulation or if we become aware that you are using our services to break the law.
Storage of Personal Data
We store your personal information as long as we have an active contractual relationship with you/your organization.
When the contractual relationship has ended, we store your personal information as long as we are obligated to do so by law.
Security
We have implemented technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, disclosure, or unauthorized access. Our security measures are continuously reviewed in line with technological developments.
Our software and data are hosted exclusively with cloud providers within the EU when this is necessary to comply with GDPR. We use, among other things but not exclusively, firewalls, encryption techniques, and authentication procedures to secure data.
Your Rights
Persons whose information we process (data subjects) have a number of rights under the Data Protection Regulation. If you want to exercise your rights, you must contact us.
Requests regarding your rights that are manifestly unfounded or excessive – especially because they are repeated – may be rejected, or the Company may charge a reasonable fee to answer the request.
Right of access. You have the right to gain insight into the personal data we process about you, including, with certain exceptions, to receive a copy of the personal data, pursuant to Article 15 of the Data Protection Regulation.
As a data subject, you also have the right to obtain information about the purpose of the processing, categories of personal data, recipients, time period, and source of personal data, which is stated above.

Right to rectification. You have the right to request that incorrect information about yourself be corrected or updated. This can happen, among other things, by contacting us and stating which information you want corrected or updated.
Right to erasure. In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our ordinary deletion occurs.
Right to restriction of processing. In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If in a specific case you have the right to have processing restricted, the Company may in the future only process the relevant personal data – apart from storing it – with your consent, with a view to establishing, asserting, or defending legal claims, or to protect a person.
Right to data portability and transmission of personal data. In certain cases, you have the right to receive personal data about yourself – which you have submitted to the Company – in a commonly used and machine-readable format, just as you have the right to have this personal data transmitted to another data controller.
Right to object. In certain cases, you have the right to object to otherwise lawful processing of your personal data for reasons relating to a particular situation with you. It is a prerequisite that the processing is based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the Data Protection Regulation.
